What Does "Made to Order" Actually Mean?

When you see a product on our site labelled Made to Order, it means exactly that, your garment doesn't exist yet. It will be made specifically for you, in your size, once your order comes through.

Every single step from laying out and cutting the fabric, to sewing, finishing, and packing your order is done by one person. That person is me, Ethan.

Why Made to Order?

It comes down to fairness and quality. Rather than guessing how many of each size to make and risking running out of yours, we wait until we know exactly what's needed before we start cutting. That way, every size has an equal shot, and nothing goes to waste.

How Long Will It Take?

This really depends on the total order size of a drop, but here's a rough guide:

Order Size Estimated Construction Time Then Add
1–5 items ~3–5 working days 1 day to pack & dispatch + your delivery time
5–10 items ~7 working days 1 day to pack & dispatch + your delivery time
10+ items Get in touch first! 1 day to pack & dispatch + your delivery time

If a product is listed as Made to Order on the site, all of the fabric and supplies are already here and ready to go. So there's no waiting on materials; the moment your order comes in construction begins.

A Few Other Things Worth Knowing

  • Ready to Ship items are pre-made and in stock. So no construction time, just straight to dispatch. Look out for the Ready to Ship label if you need something sooner.
  • High demand periods (new drops, sales, etc.) may occasionally extend construction times. We'll always be upfront about this.
  • Once your order is dispatched, you'll get a tracking email so you can follow it all the way to your door.
