Every garment is crafted with care and attention to detail. As a small, independent business, many of our pieces are made entirely in-house. Being cut, sewn, and finished by myself.
Understanding Our Two Product Types
To make sure you always know what to expect, we clearly label every product on our store as either Made to Order or Ready to Ship. Here's what that means for you:
Made to Order
Many of our garments are produced on a made-to-order basis. This is a deliberate choice, because we work with a set amount of fabric per run, we don't begin cutting until we know exactly which sizes are needed. This ensures that every size has an equal chance of being available, and that we never overstock one size at the expense of another.
If a product is listed as Made to Order, this will be clearly stated on the product page.
Because construction begins after your order is placed, and sometimes not until a full list of orders is taken, please allow time for your garment to be made before it is dispatched. As a guide:

Example: You order 2 shirts listed as Made to Order. Construction takes approximately 3 working days. Your order is then packed and dispatched within 1 working day — so around day 4. From there, your chosen delivery timeframe applies.
We sincerely apologise in advance if times ever extend beyond these estimates during periods of high demand. We are a small operation and will always prioritise speed and quality over haste, your patience and support means the world to us.
Free Shipping and Offers
Promotional shipping offers including discount codes and free shipping incentives apply strictly as detailed in our marketing materials and announcements. Please note that promotional shipping rates currently apply exclusively to orders within the UK and the EU. Any shipment where standard rates, heavy packages, or remote delivery locations cause total shipping costs to equal or exceed £15 are explicitly excluded from promotional discounts and will be charged standard rates at checkout.
